Shipping policy

We work with our trusted delivery partner, Addison Lee, to ensure your flowers arrive safely and with care.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the bouquet may be left in a secure place, with reception, or with a neighbour.

Same-day delivery is available across London for orders placed before 3pm.

Deliveries are typically made between 9am and 6pm. If you have a preference for a morning or afternoon delivery, please contact our Studio on +44 (0) 2073 497850 or at flowers@pennybb.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For those last-minute celebrations or thoughtful gestures, our same-day service ensures a beautifully composed, hand-tied bouquet when you need it most.
